About Us
We live in a beautiful fishing cove on the Lizard Peninsula with our three boys and beach obsessed rescue dog, Monty. Simon is a fisherman who came ashore, his family have lived in Cadgwith for generations and his grandfather, James Henry Jane, was the last coxswain of the Cadgwith lifeboat. Fiona came down to the cove regularly to visit family and eventually stayed. She teaches children in the Royal Cornwall Hospital, a job she loves very much.
We are a small, family owned and run business and we are delighted to say that many of our guests return again and again. We privately own, market and manage our cottages and we believe this means we care more about our property and that we can offer our customers a personal and friendly standard of service. We employ local people and local services to support the community in which we live. With six individual cottages to choose from, each totally unique, lovingly decorated and equipped with everything you might need for a carefree holiday, our guests have told us that arriving at our cottages feels like coming home.
